Hi,
I have been working on a series of Projects using Version Cue this week in Illustrator CS. This morning, when I went to open a particular project (Illustrator Classbook Work Files) it was no longer there.

Going into Version Cues Workspace Administration, it shows the projects name in the ‘Projects’ section, along with the date of creation, last modified, the projects comments, and its size.

But how do I access it again, as I can se no way to make itself present in my ‘Version Cue’ folder when I use the Open|version Cue command?
I have scoured the Version Cue Help File, and this forum, but cannot find anything.

I hope someone might be able to help me, as I have a lot of work material to find, or I will have to start all over again. :-(

Thanks

Andrew

So, first of all your work will not be lost. As you pointed out you can still see your project in the administration UI. All the content is in the VC server. You can simply do an export project out of the admin UI to export all your latest revisions to a place on your VC machine.

The easiest way to get around this is to remove the "WorkFlow" folder under Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe

Frank,

Sorry for the long delay in replying, but have been ill for a couple of weeks, and did not fancy using a computer until now.

Anyway, thanks for your help, it has worked just fine, and now everything is back to normal.

many thanks

Andrew
