I tried to start up Version Cue for the first time, but it says "A problem has been detected in Version Cue and needs to be fixed. Click continue to start the recovery process".
I get a DOS window... that reads:
Reorg Database Started
Connecting Database... FAILED
ERROR -12676 (32) : "[API]"@client: An error occured during system level I/O operation on a restart file (broken pipe).
I've enable Version Cue on all the CS apps.
I'm on Windows XP / Dell Latitude / 512 Ram
Any ideas?

You've posted in the Macintosh forum. I presume there's a Windows forum for Version Cue in the Creative Suite for Windows forum.
You might also check the knowledgebase on the Adobe web site.

It occurred to me to check and indeed there is a Windows forum here: <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?14@@.2ccdf140>
There's not much action there yet.

Josh,
Could you please tell me wether there is a "Adobe Version Cue Install Log" inside the installed Version Cue folder?
Thanks,
Sebastian

I have installed Version Cue from Creative Suite on both a Powerbook G4 and Powermac G4 running Panther but when I click on Version Cue in the System Prefs, everything is greyed out and I have no access to the Advanced Admin. pane. Also, I cannot create new projects from any of the Creative Suite Apps.
Can anybody help me? Many thanks
Grant
