Version Cue won't work on my OS 10.3

This is the unformatted text-only version of this page: Version Cue won't work on my OS 10.3

I installed the suite on my PowerBook g4 17" 1GHz with 1 Gig of Ram with Panther 10.3 installed and every time I try to access the Version Cue Control Panel I get the error message:

"Adobe Version Cue requires Java Runtime Environment 1.4.1 or later."

I have all the latest updates and I even installed on my Dual G4 1.25 and No problems whatsoever.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? I have re-installed just the Version Cue a couple of times with no success.

Thanks,

Nathan

Java 1.4.1 should be installed with 10.3 (by default), but maybe you deselected Java during installation by accident? Have you tried running the installation again (choose "update")? Sorry, no other idea.

With the latest Java 1.4.1 update for Panther provided by Apple, and the subsequent ADC tech note, Nathan was able to successfully launch Version Cue.
