The process in the readme located in the Version Cue folder does not work for me. I've tried it several times, several different ways, and so far, no luck.
I may have something not 100% right. When I start Version Cue, I get back an error that says it can not be started. It takes about 30 seconds to give me this error. Then after about 10 more second, the progress bar for the start up starts and eventually Version Cue starts up and runs.
I am starting Version Cue as a non-admin user. I will try starting it as an Admin user after I finish this memo.
As far as what I have tried in reguards to moving the working folder, I have stopped all of the CS applications (I'm testing things from Photoshop) and I have stopped the Version Cue servver, moved the folder to another drive. It is not at the top of the drive but down a few folders. It is called Version Cue.
As I mentioned, I'll keep trying to do this but so far, I can not make it work. It does not even hesitate to recreate the Version Cue folder in my Documents directory (this is on a Mac). Hmmm.... One thing that just struck me, it is not asking for my Version Cue login id and password. Perhaps logging out my help.
Anyhow, any help and advise would be welcomed.
