Help!! Moving Version Cue projects cross-plattform

I'm having great difficulties getting a Golive project from a Mac VC server over on a PC VC server. Golive crashes, I can't get all the files, etc.

Anyone got a suggestion on what the best solution could be?

Specs:
- 12" Powerbook 1 GHz
- 768 MB ram
- OS 10.3.2
