Multiple colored guides would be a plus. As a photographer, I often need to show the client an image with several cropping options for his various uses. Different sets of colored guides would fill this need.

Also a single shift-click to delete a guide is needed. It's a slow pain to click and drag each guide that you don't need off the document. A key+click would also be a great way to add a guide vs. dragging each one out. I use them alot for lining up elements, and then I get rid of them(guides)

I also agree with a need for a way to click and delete multiple paths and alpha channels. We need a fast way to delete them because often don't want the client/end user to see or deal with them, and some formats don't support them so we need to delete them b4 saving.

I was reviewing the archive of Requests and found a previous one of mine, and it still applies:

Topic Multiple sets of Colored Guides

As a photographer, I often have to shoot a photo to fit more than one cropping/use by the client. It would be a great benefit to be able to have several different colored guides available to use at the same time. This way I can use the different color guides to show each different crop for the image.

When I have eight or more guides on the image it gets confusing as to which guides I or the client should be looking at. So having different colors would help.

Guides are used for other things besides just cropping. So to be able to have several different colors to pick from would help distinguish between say, crop, bleed, safe areas, copy, etc.

It would also be helpful if you could put the guides on their own layer and then be able to use the eraser tool to remove part of the guide if its in an area you don't want. This would help keep the guides from getting confusing. Currently I work around this by creating a new layer, and using a selection tool to create a "sudo" guide, then stroke the selection. But it's limited, takes time, not movable/adjustable like a real guide is.

Thanks for listening, and keep up the great work.
