crop tool

I have tried to use the crop tool, but when I touch the side of my picture with it, the whole picture jumps across the screen and I can only see a small portion of the picture. Anyone know how to correct this?

I had similar troubles with the crop tool. I sort of experimented until I got a position that worked; perhaps just a little bit in from the edge. I think that you will find a similar problem described for PSE 3 in the main part of this forum. You may wish to follow that thread also.
