delete favorite tags

Is there any way to delete the Favorites category and the 5
sub-categories?

Nope. You can collapse the category, of course.
You can't lose "Hidden" either [which I could live without].

As I implemented "star rating" in PSA 2, I was pleased to get this feature ...
