I open the organizer, go to "create albums," then under Type select "Wall Calendar." I cannot see any buttons to click in order to progress, even when I Maximize the view. Are there any keyboard commands that I can use?
If I go to Create albums>cards, I can just see enough of the "next" button beneath the task bar in order to click on it.
Screen resolution is 800x600 px, and visualization of everything else in PE3 and all of my other programs is perfect.

Your screen resolution is less than the minimum stated as required for PSE 3. I suspect that is your problem. The box and elsewhere say 1024 x 768 16 bit XGA display.
Suggest that you change your screen resolution and try again. Control Panel - Display - Settings tab will lead you to the place to change the setting.

BarbO,
You are correct. I shall change the screen resolution when the task requires it. Everything looks small at 1024x768. It is interesting, though, that everything else in the program seems to show up ok at 800x600.

Someone in the main section of this forum had said that he was using the Editor OK with 800 by 600 resolution. However, I doubt that we can predict what will work or not work - or how it will fail. So do keep that in mind if you see other weird results on your screen display.

Playing with the display settings can work wonders here
