Contact sheet header? Help, please!

Is there a way to add a header to contact sheets? Something like stating "You can order these photos at..." and my name and adress repeated on every page? I use contact sheets after events for people to order photos, but I have to put every one of them twice throught the printer - once for the contact sheets, once for the headers.
Any help would be very much appreciated!

I noticed that no one had responded to your post after several days. I do not know how to add such a header and I suspect that the lack of response means other people also do not have suggestions on how to do this.

This is a reduction in functionality compared with PSE 2. With Contact Sheet II, you could add anything. I wonder [again] whether that plug-in is available and functional in PSE 3.

I have not seen a way in either PE3 or Photoshop CS. So I use the software that came with my Olympus camera which does a great job of that and more.
