A Canon program called Camera Window recognized the raw images.
Once I selected the images, I clicked download- and after I picked the folder where I wanted them, they appeared in Zoombrowser. I then processed the raw image and it was saved as a tiff file.
This is the way I used to do it before I bought Photoshop Elements.
It's like I just took 10 steps backwards.
