Have been having similar problems here in Florida. No go on the PE3's VCD. So I tried ProShow (not Gold - don't have DVD burner) and it wouldn't work either, in whatever format I tried. I now have lots of round coasters. When I wrote Support at Photodex, they pretty much said you have to have a DVD burner to be assured that it will work and that you will get the quality. Guess I know what I want for Christmas....
