Just something I've noticed with quite a few D60 RAW files: Canon SDK conversions preserve the highlights a lot better than Adobe Camera RAW.
The other problem is some bad color shifts, mostly blue, especially if the image is underexposed.

The highlights blowing in ACR is a known issue. I don't know if there will be a fix before he next release of PS.
