How to add still Images captions?

I've looked around the forums for info on how to add images as captions

(Kind of like how TV channels have image logos on the corner, but I only want to make them last only for a specified about of time)

and was not able to find topics about it,.... anyway, can anyone help me out?

Use Premiere to do that.
