No. You cannot use any upgrade disk with LE. LE was NEVER upgradable to any full-version of Photoshop. At the time when LE was available, if you wanted to update to a full version, Adobe would give you a $100 discount on the "full-version." The "full-version" updates or upgrades would NOT work.
For example: If you had Photoshop v5.0LE and wanted to upgrade to Photoshop version 5.5, you would purchase 5.5 at a discount and install the "full-version." Version 5.5 is no longer supported, things have changed too much since then.
