When I try to send email from PE3 using the Adobe mail client, I get an error saying that I do not have an internet connection. I have seen other people post about this, but don't see a clear answer to the problem. I use Eudora to read my email, have a broadband connection by cable modem, and seem to have no other problems accessing the internet with other programs. Anyone have a suggestion that could help me on this one?

Jim,
Sorry it took so long for me to answer. No, Eudora doesn't show up. But when I select the Adobe E-mail Service in preferences, I get a box that says "There is a problem with your internet connection. Please check that you are connected to the Internet and try again." I can only click the ok button, which cancels the send mail action. What is the problem here? This used to work. I have an internet connection (cable modem), and my specs for the computer are way above the minimums in all categories. I am lost as to the source of this problem.

Jennifer, I know it's no solution, but FWIW, I have never ever been able to get PE3 to see my broadband connection, either. It always wants to start a dial-up connection for me.
