I think I remember reading something about one having to be a system administrator to be able to run Capture.

Now the IT people at my institution have decided that nobody other than them should be administrators on any computers, and Capture does not work. So maybe that's why...?

Can't find anything about this in any manual (although I'm pretty sure I HAVE read it somewhere a long time ago) -- does anyone else know/remember? And if so -- where? Because I want to show it to the IT-people...
