I have been working with Acrobat Elements 6.0 for a couple years now with no problems. All of a suddent lately when I try to convert a Word file that has Times New Roman font it comes up as a random assortment of letters and symbols. If I change the font, it works fine. Most of the files we put on the internet are TNR. How do I fix this?
