My 350D camera had some problem,so I sent it to be fixed.
Before 350D fixed the raw files which make by 350D can be read
by CS2+ACR3.1. After 350D fixed the raw files which make by 350D
can't be read by CS2+ACR 3.1 but the raw files still can be read
by ZoomBrowser EX and Digital Photo Professional. Can anyone tell
me why CS2+ACR 3.1 can't read the 350D raw files?
Thank you.
Make sure you didn't do something silly like delete the Camera Raw or put it in the wrong location (see thread entitled ++ Debugging ACR 3.1 Installation Problems ++ <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?13@@.3bba4cda/102> for more information. Also try purging the cache as this very often clears the problem.
I have try it but it doesn't work.
Does anyone can help me try this .CR2 files?

I can't open it by CS2+ACR 3.1.
Thank you.
Canon appears to have installed a new firmware version (1.0.2) when it serviced your camera, and the EXIF model name string is different in this firmware release.
Instead of "Canon EOS 350D Digital" it is now "Canon EOS 350D" with the new firmware.
Camera Raw uses the make and model EXIF tags to figure out which kind of raw file it is reading, and since the model name no longer matches the value it was expecting, it cannot read the file.
You will need to wait until a future version of Camera Raw is updated to detect this new model string. Sorry.
I recall KM changed the model name in the A2 in one of the
firmware updates, but it was before ACR supported it at all
I think. It royally screwed up some automatic filing and
renaming scripts I wrote that used the EXIF camera model
string to decide where to store the images.
